Teach English in Poland – JustSpeak.pl Immersion Programs

Are you an English speaker looking for a meaningful volunteer experience? JustSpeak.pl is a non-profit organization offering English language immersion programs in Poland, where Polish participants spend up to 7 days practicing English with native speakers in a hotel setting.

Our programs focus on building confidence and improving speaking and listening skills in a fun and supportive environment. Volunteers use unconventional teaching methods and lead engaging activities such as one-to-one conversations, group debates, presentations, games, and evening social events.

This is a unique opportunity for cultural exchange. Participants gain practical English skills, meet international friends, and experience Polish culture first-hand.

Volunteer Role:
As an English teaching volunteer, your main task is to speak English with Polish participants throughout the day. Activities change hourly to keep conversations dynamic and enjoyable, and your presence helps create a lively, immersive environment.

We offer:

  • A double hotel room shared with another English-speaking volunteer of the same gender, with meals included, for 2 to 7 days in a 3*** hotel near Poznań (usually Mon–Fri or Sun–Sun).

  • An afternoon meetup with free lunch and drinks in Poznań the day before the program starts.

  • Free transportation from Poznań to the venue and back.

  • A reference letter for future employers.

  • And, of course, a memorable experience meeting people from Poland and around the world!

IMPORTANT: Volunteers do not pay any fees.
